1. By entering this competition participants shall accept, without any limitation or qualification whatsoever, the Terms and Conditions as set out below

2. Promoters:

This competition is being promoted by Chadwicks Group Limited, Heron House, Corrig Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18.

3. Eligibility of Participants:

The participant must be a Chadwicks Group Limited trade customer (defined below);
The participant must be in compliance with all terms and conditions, for the present time, of the trade account held with Chadwicks Group Limited;
The participant must be ordinarily resident in the Republic of Ireland;
The participant must be aged eighteen (18) years or over at the date of entry to the competition;
Participation is limited to one entry per trade account.
This competition is not open to servants and/or agents of Hultafors Group Ireland, its subsidiaries, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion or their immediate families;
This competition is not open to servants and/or agents of Grafton Group PLC, Chadwicks Group Limited, its subsidiaries, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion or their immediate families;
Chadwicks Group Limited reserve the right to withdraw the offer of any or all prizes in the competition to any participant if they have failed to adhere to the standard terms and conditions as agreed with Chadwicks Group Limited and more specifically if any credit terms are in breach as per the terms and conditions of the trade account during the period of the competition.

4. Definition of trade customer:

The competition is open to eligibility for Chadwicks Group Limited trade customers only.

A trade customer is:

A customer of Chadwicks Group Limited who holds a Credit Account or a Trade Card account (a cash account specific to the customer with agreed prices). It excludes cash sales for product and hire, deposit accounts, temporary accounts, Cash on Delivery (COD) accounts and hire deposit accounts.

Chadwicks Group Limited reserve the right to restrict the entries to the within competition to trade customers who adhere to all terms and conditions as agreed with Chadwicks Group Limited and in particular restrict entries to the competition to customers who are not in breach of those terms and conditions for trade customers during the time period of this competition. This includes trade customers who are in breach of credit terms or have been classified as bad debtors or who are subject to credit control activity including, but not limited to, legal proceedings in pursuance of the outstanding debts in breach of the credit terms.

5. Competition Entry Dates:

The dates for entry to the competition are from opening of business at 8:00 am on Thursday 25th March 2021 to Saturday 22nd May 2021 (Inclusive).

Last entries will be accepted at midnight on Saturday 22nd May 2021.

No entries shall be accepted outside of these date and time parameters.

6. Entry Mechanic: To enter the competition you must be a trade Chadwicks Group Limited customer. The participant needs to:

Go to www.chadwicks.ie/competitions
Answer a multiple-choice question of skill and;
Fill in the correct contact details and Chadwicks Group Limited trade customer account number (see definition of trade customer at paragraph 4 above).
For the purpose of clarity, only the participants who select the correct answer will be entered into the final draw.
After the last entries have been received on 22nd May 2021, the eligible and correct entries shall be collated, and two winners of over €580 RRP worth of preselected Snickers products shall be selected at random from those entries.
Chadwicks will contact the winners by telephone on or before 1st June 2021. The winners must ensure that they are contactable and their contact details on the competition entry are correct and up to date and will be the telephone on which they will be contactable.

The prize for the correct and eligible winners is over €580 worth of Snickers products. Prize value is based on RRP including VAT. The prize products have been preselected by Snickers as listed below:

The competition is limited to two prizes, an entrant is only eligible to win one prize.
There is no cash alternative and the prize is strictly non-transferable;
The products included in the prize are subject to change, items may be substituted with a similar product of equal value should there be an issue with availability
The winner will be contacted no later than Tuesday 1st June 2021

8. By entering the Competition each participant acknowledges that their name and image may be used for printing, broadcast, publicity and promotional purposes, including, but not limited to the Promoter's websites and social media accounts without any compensation.

9. The decision of Chadwicks Group Limited is final in all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. If for any reason whatsoever this promotion is not capable of running as envisaged, including for any other reasons beyond the control of Chadwicks Group Limited, the company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

11. Data will be held and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The only data used will be the information which has been submitted by the trade customer for the administration of this competition and for marketing purposes. No trade customer information shall be passed to third parties for reward or otherwise

12. For any disputes arising from the within terms and conditions, the law of the Republic of Ireland applies.
